Briefing: To search a solution to end the lack of communication with ex students. In the past just a few contacts were done with them after an exchange program.
Actions: creation and development of a charity project named EF for All, in which EF ex students would be trained to give English classes as volunteers in Non Governmental Organizations.
AD - Ana Davini Communications & Marketing has been responsible for all the project execution, contacts and subscriptions of the volunteers, search of interested organizations and sponsors and lectures about the project.
Results: the communication between EF and its ex students has improved a lot. More than 200 of them have applied to work as volunteers. Besides the project has helped more than 2.000 needless children, teenagers and adults in 2 years, which has been very good to EF branding. We also got several articles in the most important Brazilian media.
Briefing: To increase sales of a hotel not so well know by the Brazilian people and to create a sales network.
Actions: Visits to tour operators and tourism agents of several Brazilian cities in order to present the product and train the sales teams; organization of press trips and fam tours; participation on tourism fairs; creation of events, conquests and promotions.
Results: In just two years there was a 120% increase of Brazilians in the hotel. Besides we have obtained great articles in important media, such as TV Globo.
Briefing: To increase the sales in January, when a lot of people leave the city of São Paulo and the restaurant gets empty.
Actions: creation and development of a female gastronomy festival with 3 important chefs.
Results: many articles have been published and the sales have increased during the festival.
